Whats hot and Whats not

I heard a shocking report on the news last night and I am actually horrified at the action being taken. The news reporter was chanting over the news last night that the South African Home Affairs department has managed to “lose” 26mil rand and it had to be written off. WHAT !!!!???? The reason: their books are in such shambles that they don’t know where the money went !!!!

What an outrage and what is even more frustrating, infuriating and makes me want to pull ALL my hair out is that NOTHING gets done about it. They have imbeciles working for them and God only knows why these people are in the positions that they are. We face so much poverty and unemployment yet we can swindle our finances like this as if it was in ample supply and employ these individuals.

Now I have seen absolutely nothing constructive being done by our leading party except asking our President to step down, threatening the breakaway party around every corner and every word, and not to mention slamming the SABC ! I call on someone like Helen Zille, MAYOR OF THE YEAR / OF THE WORLD 2008. Is this not someone who is actually doing something and getting recognized by the WORLD for doing it and doing it well?

I would love to have a solution for the 26mil rand that has just gone missing, maybe we should look inside the pockets of the home affairs …. It is quite a huge amount to go missing in the books of these incompetent fools….

Why should we just listen to these reports and feel so helpless and be so convinced of fraud and feel like “ah well what can we do”. Give me someone who can say “This is what we will do because we are your voice and we will bring justice to the corrupt” !!!!

I will love to be corrected. I would love to hear that I am terribly wrong and that I didn’t hear the full report and the resolve! So I will await my correction, eagerly.

Excellent movie, great suspense beautifully put together and the writers outdone themselves. Once again a stunning act from Mr. Romeo. Leonardo has definitely stepped up to the plate reviving himself as a respected actor. This is a Blood Diamond master piece and must watched. You never know what is going to happen next and the twists and hint of romance keeps you spellbound.

Roger Ferris (Leonardo DiCaprio) is a covert CIA operative working in Jordan searching for terrorists who have been bombing civilian targets. Ferris uncovers information on the Islamist mastermind Al-Saleem (Alon Aboutboul). He devises a plan to infiltrate Al-Saleem’s terrorist network with the help of his boss back in Langley, Ed Hoffman (Russell Crowe). Ferris enlists the help of the Chief of Jordanian Intelligence, Hani Salaam (Mark Strong) on this operation, but he doesn’t know how far he can trust him without putting his life in danger. The uneasy alliance leads to a cultural and moral clash between the men.
